25th anniversary message from Fr. Laurence

All anniversaries remind us of the gift of life and give us a chance to celebrate it. I am delighted we can all now celebrate the 25th anniversary of WCCM Malaysia. It reminds us too of the special role Malaysia played in the life of John Main and so the special place it has in the affections of the World Community. I have loved visiting Malaysia over the years, seeing the growth of the seed of contemplation in a spirit of ecumenism and interfaith friendship. May the lord be praised and may he continue to bless the Malaysian meditators in our community who will be passing on the gift to future generations.
